Our textiles have a slightly oversized cut (especially the t-shirts). We advise you to take your usual size. For more precision, consult our size guide with measurements in cm available on each product page.

Your orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then you have the choice between home delivery within 3 to 5 days or free pickup directly at Audencia Atlantic Campus, subject to stock availability. You also have the option to pick up your items at our next pop-up store during one of our events. Once your order is confirmed, a member of the Sapencia team will personally contact you to arrange the best time to hand over your products.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt or collection to change your mind (Art. L. 221-18). To do this, please contact us first at sapencia@audencia.com.
Depending on the item, we will tell you whether the return should be by post (at your expense) to our warehouse, or directly to the campus
(if you collected your order from a pick-up point and have an access badge for the Atlantic Campus).
