Shipping and Pickup Policy

1. Delivery and Pickup Methods

We offer three options to receive your products:

  • Standard Shipping: Handled by our logistics partner and delivered to the address of your choice.

  • On-site Pickup (Permanent): Available free of charge at our fixed address.

  • Pop-Up Store Pickup (Temporary): Available during our special events or temporary shops. This option only appears at checkout if an event is currently active.

2. Shipping and Pickup Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Pickups (On-site or Pop-Up): These services are entirely free of charge.

3. Specific Terms for Pop-Up Store Pickup

  • Availability: This pickup method is strictly limited to the opening dates and hours of the specific event.

  • Deadlines: Your order must imperatively be collected before the event closes.

  • Unclaimed Orders: If you do not collect your order before the end of the Pop-Up Store event, it will be returned to our headquarters. You may then either pick it up at our permanent location or request home delivery at your own expense, subject to payment of the shipping fees.

4. Delivery Times and Tracking

  • Logistics Shipping: Orders are prepared and processed within 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package ships.

  • Pickups: You will receive a "Ready for pickup" confirmation email as soon as your order has been prepared and set aside at our permanent location or at the Pop-Up event site.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of the pickup method chosen (On-site or Pop-Up), you benefit from the legal 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind. Important reminder: For inventory management reasons, no returns can be accepted or processed physically at the Pop-Up Store or at our permanent location. All returns must be shipped to our logistics center at the customer's expense.
